Christmas

It has been a very busy last few weeks! I haven't been posting because there has been random stuff come up! I am currently in Tempe Arizona watching my brothers basketball games with my mom and spending time with her before I leave! It has been really great! I wanted to post my notes from 2 different Christmas service that I bought that were awesome!

The Lost
Shepherd does not leave till he finds the lost sheep. He carries the sheep back

The lost coin, she cannot find it she looks for it on every corner she wants the one that is lost.

The lost son, takes inheritance and uses it. The father always loved the son. When he sees the son a far way off he runs to see him with a hug of unconditional love!

At the end they all have a party, Gods reaction when you come to Him . God wants a party. To be spiritually lost is disconnected with God. God is perfect and we are not and it feels like we are separated.

What do I lose when I'm lost

1.) I lose my direction in life
All of us, like sheep, have strayed away.We have left God’s paths to follow our own.Yet the LORD laid on him the sins of us all. (Isaiah 53:6 NLT)
most people are drifting through life with no direction, not driven by purpose.

I lose Gods protection on my life
So my people are wandering like lost sheep; they are attacked because they have no shepherd. (Zechariah 10:2 NLT)
You were meant to have God in your life a protector and if you try and do it on your own you can't do it an you get stressed an tired

When I'm lost spiritually I lose my potential- wasted when your not connected with God.

I lose my happiness, conflict in relationships when you are in conflict with someone close to you, life stinks. You were not designed to lose conflict with your creator. You moved not God.

I lose my home in heaven because there are no rebellion in heaven. Eternally separated from God. That is hell for all eternity we lose the best things. God made you to last forever! Trillions of years on the other side of death. Purpose of this life is to prepare it for the next.
And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but are yourself lost or destroyed? (Luke 9:25 NLT)

Coin and sheep can go through life without knowing it is lost. You can't save yourself you need a savior to seek and save the lost.

Things that are worth finding are lost.
Today a savior has been born for all seek and save that which is lost. If you didn't need a savior then Christmas is unnecessary. Christmas is Gods rescue mission! Good news: Jesus came to save us!

What does it mean to be saved- forgiveness fulfillment freedom pardon purpose in life peace of mind and heart passion a new sense of life and living.

Rescued recovered and reconnected
Jesus came to rescue me
You need a savior a rescuer only solved by trusting. Trust in me in your times of trouble and I will rescue you and I will give you glory. What do you need to be freed from? Anxiety fear worry?

What have you lost that you need to recover? Lost? Jesus came to recover. There is nothing you can not recover from.

Jesus came to reconnect you to God. Reconciliation the war is over! Peace is made we are not outta wack. Anyone who connects to Christ is new 2 Cor 5:17

Names mean something....
Jesus Christ there is power in that name.
"For a child is born to us,
a son is given to us.
The government will rest on his shoulders.
And he will be called:
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." (Isaiah 9:6 NLT)

The story of Jesus coming into this world is a gift. Each name he uses shows us the purpose.

His name is Wonderful and that takes care of the dullness of life!

His name isCounselor takes care of the decisions of life.
You guide me with your counsel,
leading me to a glorious destiny. (Psalm 73:24 NLT)

His name is the Mighty God. He was God who became a man. That takes care of the demands of life.

Christmas is about the incarnation of the living God! It's impossible to be a Christian without the Holy Spirit!

This child born in the major was living a perfect life and dying for the sin of this world... A decision was made that Jesus would come and die for us.

Everything you need is in the name of Jesus Christ, the only gift that keeps on giving! He gives the hope, either accept forgiveness or forget it. Christmas can't bring peace joy happiness without Jesus.
You don't need presents but you need His presence! Accept the gift?

Psalm 18

<sup>I love seeing God's creation and His beautiful skies. It reminds me of His love for us and makes me want to shout to Him! Praise God for the beauty that He has made. This Psalm just sums up everything I'm thinking.

Sex- Trafficking

Matt 19:14  Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder 
them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."

Jesus loves Children-

2TI 1:7  For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of 
power, of love and of self-discipline.

We should too-Take a stand and make a difference

1 John 5:2-3 
This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and 
carrying out his commands.This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome

Small Group

Small Group is crazy, lovely, silly, beautiful, sassy, tears, joy, fear, sisters 

I love every girl in my small group. Everyone has such unique personality and shows me God's creation every week. They show me God's beauty, his tender Spirit. I am blessed to be apart of such an awesome group. I appreciate and adore everyone in my girls small group! I am going to miss them a ton when I go to YWAM but I know they are going to continue to grow and be challenged by God! 

Thanksgiving and Prayer

 ¹⁵ For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all God’s people, 

¹⁶ I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers. ¹⁷ I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit^[f] of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. ¹⁸ I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, ¹⁹ and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength ²⁰ he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, ²¹ far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. 

²² And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, ²³ which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way. 

Thank you Lord so much for these girls, I pray that you would continue to guide them, and that they would continue to seek You with there whole heart. I pray that you would reaffirm their worth and their beauty. Thank you God for your Son who died on the cross for us. Please shape us, refine us, change us into the Godly women you want us to be.

Support Letter

As I said before, I am following the open doors that God has so clearly opened! I am going to YWAM! I need to raise over $4,000! Here is the support letter I sent out.

Dear Friends and Family,Have you found something you were so passionate about that you would do anything to do it? Well I have! I love going spreading the gospel to people who otherwise couldn’t be able to hear it. I love praying for people, and being able to answer questions about the bible. God has given me an amazing opportunity to know more about Him and trust in His love and mercy. This January I will be going to a school called Youth with a Mission (YWAM) in Kona Hawaii. I’ll be learning about how to hear the voice of God, what the Character of God is, and so much more. We will be learning for a solid 3 months, and then go out and be on a mission’s trip for another 3 months, taking everything we have learned and putting it into action. This is so important to me and really is going to make a difference in the lives of others. I can’t wait to share with you the awesome wonders that God is going to do in my life over the next 6 months! I would love for your support in prayers and financially! God will provide and I’m so overjoyed with the incredible provision He has given thus far. 

“For I know the plans I have for you” declares the Lord, “Plans to prosper and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

Repentance and Forgiveness

We read the bible and know the bible so that it can be in our mouth and on our hearts. We aren't meant to read and not do anything about it. so that you can do it. 


What does this mean in our own lives, are we reading the word and not doing anything about it. Are we living in accordance to the word of God? 


 Lord I pray for strength and perseverance to live the way you call us to live. To read your word and live it out. We love you and are thankful for the cross. Please continue to open our eyes to see you through the pages of the bible. We give you all the glory!
